Jay is a queer, neurodivergent emerging games producer and accessibility consultant with a background in photography, counselling, and axe-throwing.
They are passionate about problem-solving, creativity, and equity; a theme that is reflected in both their work and hobbies. Jay has completed the Able Gamers’ Accessible Player Experiences Certification (2025), graduated the Smart Program (2025) as directed by Ceri Hutton. During the Smart Program Jay began their mentorship with Matthew Heales.
Drawing on their counselling background, Jay brings strong communication, facilitation, and player-advocacy skills to production, supporting teams to work sustainably while delivering thoughtful and accessible play experiences.
Jay is a Certified Accessible Experiences Practitioner (Able Gamer’s Training Program) who is driven by their lived experience as a chronically ill gamer and their passion for making inclusive experiences for all players.
